JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Motors has scheduled medical examinations for 225 employees recently granted permanent status, from February 5 to February 19.

The announcement spurred excitement among employees, who gathered at labor bureaus to find their names and test dates.

This development follows an agreement between Tata Motors management and the Workers Union to make 900 employees permanent.

The disclosed list of employees is set to undergo medical tests, a crucial phase before departmental assignments.

A collaborative agreement involving the Labor Department, Tata Motors, and the Workers Union plans for 2700 employees to attain permanency over three years.

The current batch of 900 employees, having completed the selection process, is ready for medical evaluations starting February 5.
