JAMSHEDPUR – A charitable event by the Human Welfare Trust distributed blankets to residents in need, offering relief from the cold wave.

The distribution program took place at the Azad Marriage Hall in Azadnagar and covered several localities, including Zakirnagar, Dipshahi, and Kabirnagar. Mohammed Ilyas Khan, the trust’s guardian, led the initiative, accompanied by key figures such as Azadnagar Police Station In-charge Rakesh Kumar Singh and Sidgora Police Station In-charge Ghulam Rabbani Khan. Social worker Syed Manzar Amin and Dr. Zarina were also present to support the cause.

Ilyas Khan appreciated the Trust’s ongoing welfare activities and pledged continued involvement in future initiatives. He remarked, “Such efforts demonstrate our commitment to helping the underprivileged, especially during harsh weather conditions.”

Prominent guests included Mumtaz Shareek, director of Mother Home School, poet Syed Ehsan, Aman Khan, and representatives from Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind. The trust’s trustees, including Syed Asif Akhtar and chairman Matinul Haq Ansari, were instrumental in organizing the event.
