Tata Steel Zoological Park Signs Bonus Agreement for Employees

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel Zoological Park employees will receive a bonus ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹20,000 as part of a new agreement signed on Tuesday.

The agreement sets a minimum ceiling of ₹11,000 and a maximum of ₹20,000 for the bonus payout.

In addition to the bonus, employees will also receive an extra ₹750.

The bonus is calculated based on 8.33% of their wages.

The Zoological Park operates as a 100% subsidiary of Tata Steel.

The agreement was signed by Captain Amitabh from the park’s management, HR Head Ajay Singh, and union representatives Raghunath Pandey, Dinesh Mahto, and Vijay Mukhi.
