Prior to joining Tata Motors, the executive held key roles at UltraTech Cement, where he achieved significant cost savings and led the modernization of two plants, increasing capacity by 50%. He was instrumental in commissioning energy-saving technology and implementing Industry 4.0 practices.

At Ashok Leyland, he oversaw the installation of India’s latest commercial vehicle plant and were recognized with the prestigious Deming Prize for operational excellence at the Pantnagar facility.
