CHAKULIA – Kalpana Soren, JMM MLA and wife of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, addressed a large gathering at the Maaiya Samman Yatra rally in Chakulia on Thursday.

Thousands attended the rally despite heavy rainfall.

Kalpana emphasized the importance of women’s happiness for state prosperity.

She stated, "A daughter is the incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi."

The MLA highlighted the government’s Rs1,000 monthly support for women.

Kalpana credited the JMM-led government for empowering women in Jharkhand.

She criticized the opposition for attempting to block welfare programs.

The Gandey MLA urged support for Hemant Soren in upcoming elections.

Kalpana accused the Central government of stalling important initiatives.

She questioned the delay in approving 27% reservation for backward classes.

The JMM leader criticized the Centre for withholding Rs1.36 crore owed to Jharkhand.

Kalpana called for unity to fight for the state’s rights.

"This is the land of brave heroes," she declared, emphasizing collective action.

Minister of Women and Child Development Baby Devi attended the rally.

MLA Sameer Mohanty and other prominent leaders were also present.

The massive turnout was seen as growing support for the Soren government.

Kalpana warned against political tricksters misleading voters in upcoming elections.

She encouraged vigilance and voting to bring Hemant Soren back to power.
