Minister pledges swift action on pending projects; downplays impact of Champai Soren’s BJP move

Ghatsila MLA and minister Ramdas Soren received a warm welcome at NH Baliguma, pledging to expedite departmental work.

JAMSHEDPUR – Minister Ramdas Soren was welcomed at NH Baliguma, promising to accelerate pending projects and address responsibilities.

Party leaders, local residents, and former Zila Parishad member Pintu Dutta greeted Minister Ramdas Soren with garlands upon his arrival at NH Baliguma.

Addressing the gathering, Soren acknowledged the limited time and substantial responsibilities he faces in his new role.

The minister emphasized his commitment to expediting and completing departmental tasks efficiently.

He assured that ongoing schemes would receive special attention under his leadership.

Soren announced plans to meet with department officials in Ranchi on Monday to address stalled projects.

"Our priority is to complete all pending schemes as quickly as possible," stated Minister Soren, highlighting his proactive approach.

When questioned about Champai Soren’s rumored move to the BJP, the minister remained unfazed.

He asserted that the JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha) is deeply rooted in the grassroots and would not be significantly affected by individual departures.

"The JMM’s strength lies in its connection to the people, not in any single leader," Soren remarked, emphasizing the party’s resilience.

Local supporters expressed optimism about the minister’s vision for accelerated development in the region.
