Meteorological Department Predicts Wet Weekend for Kolhan Region

Jharkhand braces for increased rainfall activity, with southern districts expected to receive heaviest downpours over the next few days.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast for heavy rain and thunderstorms across southern Jharkhand, including the Kolhan region, for the coming weekend.

Dr. Abhishek Anand, head of the Ranchi Meteorological Center, stated, “We expect significant rainfall activity, particularly in East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Simdega, and Saraikela-Kharsawan districts on Saturday.”
