An 18-year-old youth named Kuldeep Thakur was fatally stabbed by his girlfriend’s brother in Satbohni Jamalpur under Adityapur police station, Seraikela-Kharsawan district.

ADITYAPUR – In a tragic incident on Sunday, Kuldeep Thakur, an 18-year-old resident of Gamharia Balrampur, was allegedly stabbed by his girlfriend’s brother during a family meeting in Satbohni Jamalpur, under Adityapur police station.

Kuldeep, who had been in a relationship with a girl from Satbohni, had a falling out with her about a year and a half ago, leading to their separation.

On Sunday, the girl’s family invited Kuldeep and his family for a discussion to resolve the issues.

Kuldeep, along with his mother and other family members, attended the meeting.

However, during the meeting, an altercation occurred, and the girl’s brother attacked Kuldeep with a knife, causing severe injuries.

Kuldeep’s family members, shocked by the sudden attack, rushed him to Tata Main Hospital for treatment.

Unfortunately, he was declared dead by the doctors upon arrival.

The incident has caused a sensation in the area, with Adityapur police swiftly arriving at the scene to initiate an investigation.

As the news spread, the local community was left in shock and mourning.
