Jharkhand CM Announces Efforts to Safeguard Historic Pahari Mandir in Ranchi

RANCHI – The commitment to preserve the Pahari Mandir at its 2140 feet summit in Ranchi was highlighted by Jharkhand’s Chief Minister, Champai Soren.

Soren expressed his best wishes to women devotees on International Women’s Day.

He also conveyed his congratulations to all officials, including the managing committee’s chairperson.

The Chief Minister participated in full rituals, wishing state prosperity and progress.

He was present at the historic Pahari Mandir for the “Shri Shiv Baraat” event.

His involvement underscored the government’s dedication to historic religious site preservation.

This commitment extends to ensuring better facilities for devotees at the temple.

Soren announced plans for the temple’s preservation at the Mahashivratri Shiv Barat function.

He emphasized the temple’s soon-to-be distinct national identity.

Climbing 468 steps is required to reach the Shiva temple atop Ranchi hill.
