Bajrang Seva Sansthan Recognizes Local Contributions to Ram Temple Movement
Bajrang Seva Sansthan in Jamshedpur commences felicitation of individuals pivotal in the Ram Temple movement since the 90s, acknowledging their persistent efforts and sacrifices.
JAMSHEDPUR – Bajrang Seva Sansthan has initiated a series of felicitations for Jamshedpur residents who played significant roles in the Ram Temple movement since the 1990s.
These honors recognize various contributions, from participating in agitations in Ayodhya, gathering bricks for the temple, to raising public awareness.
Subodh Jha, a notable figure who was imprisoned three times and braved riots to transport a holy relic to Ayodhya, was among those felicitated.
Jha shared his experiences, including the challenges faced during the Sheela Pujan in 1989 and his journey amidst the Sasaram riots.
He reflected on the nationwide efforts and the support from Baghbeda’s community, which propelled significant movements.
Post the 1992 Disputed structure demolition, Hindu organizations faced bans, impacting Jha’s Bajrang Dal activities, with his office at Bagbera police station square being sealed.
Sagar Tiwari, founder of Bajrang Seva Sansthan, highlighted the importance of these struggles, mentioning how Jha left his job at Tata Tube Division for the cause.
The event was attended by notable figures including Sagar Tiwari, Dharmbir Mahato, Pradeep Singh, Rajkumar Pathak, Rameshwar Chaudhary, Suraj Tiwari, Venkat Rao, and Rakesh Pandey.
The felicitations, marking the culmination of decades-long efforts, will continue until January 22.
