Thief attempts to steal from Amit Agarwal’s general store near Bhalubasa TOP under Sitaramdera police station; flees after failed attempt. Thief also damages CCTV.

JAMSHEDPUR – A thief attempted to steal from a general store near Bhalubasa TOP under Sitaramdera police station, but failed and fled.

Shop operator Amit Agarwal discovered the broken lock on Friday morning and promptly alerted the police.

The police arrived at the scene to investigate. The shop owner said that the thieves also damaged the CCTV before escaping, although the footage was captured.

This was the third theft attempt from Amit Agarwal’s store, raising concerns over security in the area.

The police are continuing their efforts to identify and apprehend the thief.
