Mango Resident Falls Victim to Large-Scale Fraud, Six Suspects in Custody

A resident of Mango fell victim to a fraud scheme promising double returns on his money, resulting in losses of thousands. A police investigation is underway.

JAMSHEDPUR – Police have uncovered a significant fraud operation in the city involving a resident of Laxman Nagar, Ulidih police station area, named Rakesh Kumar Singh.

He fell victim to a scam promising to double his money and subsequently lost thousands of rupees.

Rakesh lodged a complaint against six individuals – Vivek Kumar Tiwari, Sourav Saav, Vinayak Rao, Aditya Raju, Ashok Shyam Rao, and Karan Kumar Acharya, all residing in Jaiprakash Nagar.

The city police have begun an investigation into the case and have confirmed they are closing in on the entire gang responsible for the fraud. Should the allegations be substantiated, the implicated individuals will face legal action.

This case is not an isolated incident, as there has been a recent surge in similar fraud cases in the city. The police are urging residents to be cautious and report any suspicious activity.
