Sarvajan Hindu Samiti leads campaign demanding release of innocent Hindus and thorough investigation
Hundreds join a signature campaign at Baridih Golchakkar, protesting arrests in the Kadma Shastri Nagar incident & demanding CBI-supervised investigation.
Jamshedpur: A massive signature campaign was held at Baridih Golchakkar today as hundreds of citizens gathered to protest the arrest of Hindus in connection with the recent Kadma Shastri Nagar incident.
The campaign was organized under the banner of Sarvajan Hindu Samiti and led by advocate Ravi Singh.
Samiti claimed that tensions had escalated in the city after miscreants tried to create trouble by allegedly causing desecration of a Ram Navami jhanda, sparking outrage from the temple committee and local residents.

Sarvajan Hindu Samiti claimed that the incident had led to a meeting being held at the temple which was later allegedly attacked by stone-pelters.
Protesters argued that rather than investigating the incident and booking the culprits, innocent Hindus were arrested and falsely charged.
The signature campaign took place in 15 locations across the city, drawing large crowds who voiced their opposition to the administration’s actions.
The campaign mooted three main demands: the unconditional release of the innocent Hindus jailed in the case, a CBI-supervised investigation into the Kadma incident, and strict legal action against the actual miscreants involved in the stone pelting on the meeting at temple .
Advocate Ravi Singh warned that if these demands are not met, the movement will intensify and bring people to the streets against the Hemant government’s perceived policy of appeasement. He said that the government and administration would then bear full responsibility for the consequences.
Among those present during today’s signature campaign were social workers Shiv Shankar Singh, Advocate Ravi Singh, Subodh Srivastava, Manju Singh, Manish Hindustani, Vijay Narayan, Bandana Namata, Hariram Singh, Rishi Pandey, Sudhir Singh, Gautam, Prakash Sharma, Sanjay Sinha, and Vivek Jha, as well as hundreds of other concerned citizens.
