JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM (GM) students organized Mankriti 2.0 conclave under AI Nexus Club banner on November 29, 2025.

The event brought industry experts together. Policy makers and technology leaders participated actively. They discussed artificial intelligence’s transformative power extensively.

Prof Giridhar Ramachandran delivered opening address. He serves as Associate Dean (XOL). He also heads marketing department at XLRI.

However, he emphasized trust as core value. The coming decade belongs to corporate leaders. They must balance innovation with prudence.

Moreover, leaders should understand AI’s ethical dimensions. Students must adopt AI responsibly. Human sensitivity should remain central to implementation.

The conclave featured three major panel discussions. First panel discussed engineering intelligence comprehensively. Experts stressed scalable and explainable AI systems.

Second panel addressed redefining talent strategies. Speakers explained AI augments human capabilities. It does not replace workforce entirely.

Future roles will become increasingly hybrid. Technical understanding becomes mandatory requirement. Problem-solving skills remain critically important.

In addition, creativity and leadership gain prominence. Empathy emerges as essential professional quality. Continuous learning defines future professionals’ success.

Third panel focused on AI ethics. Transparency and fairness received extensive discussion. Privacy protection emerged as strategic necessity.

Furthermore, bias mitigation requires systematic approaches. Explainability becomes non-negotiable requirement now. Global AI governance needs stronger frameworks.

Organizations adopting ethical structures gain advantages. They build credibility among stakeholders faster. Competitive edge follows responsible AI practices.

Guruprasanna Marimuthu from Aptiv participated actively. Abhijit Pani represented Kearney at discussions. Prakash Dwivedi shared EY’s perspectives extensively.

Prof Sunil Sarangi delivered concluding address. He emphasized human values amid rapid progress. Social concerns provide real direction always.

He urged students toward curiosity-driven leadership. Humility and compassion define effective guidance. AI conclave achieved significant educational outcomes.

Father S George SJ guided event organization. Father Donald D’Silva SJ provided institutional support. Prof Sanjay Patro contributed strategic guidance effectively.
