Keshav Mahato Kamlesh urges workers to gear up for upcoming assembly polls

CHAIBASA – Jharkhand Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh attended the ‘Samvad Aapke Saath’ program in Chaibasa, urging party workers to intensify their efforts ahead of the assembly elections.
During his one-day visit to Chaibasa on Monday, Mahato first paid tribute to the statue of Birsa Munda at the Saraikela Mor Chowk.
Following this, he was welcomed with garlands and bouquets by Jagannathpur MLA Sonaram Sinku, District President Chandrashekhar Das, and other Congress workers.
After laying a wreath at the Shaheed Smarak, Mahato reached the Congress office where the ‘Samvad Aapke Saath’ program was held under the chairmanship of District President Chandrashekhar Das.
The event saw a large gathering of leaders and workers from the panchayat, block, sub-division, and district levels, as well as heads and chairpersons of various party departments.
In his address, Mahato called on Congress leaders and workers to prepare strongly for the upcoming elections, saying, "With the elections approaching, we must work with full strength to win as many seats as possible."
Speaking to the media, Mahato mentioned that the ‘Samvad Aapke Saath’ program aims to boost the morale of workers across all districts.
He assured that the issues faced by the workers would be resolved and encouraged those wishing to contest the elections to submit their applications for consideration by the party leadership.
Mahato also highlighted the development achieved under the Mahagathbandhan government, stating that people have benefited from government schemes and expressed confidence in Congress’s performance in the elections.
The event was also addressed by other senior leaders including MLA Sonaram Sinku, In-charge Vijay Khan, former state president Dr. Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu, and Youth Congress District President Preetam Bankira.
