Senior Girls team secures victory at Tata Motors Inter-School Championship

Guru Gobind Singh High School, Telco, triumphs in Senior Girls category at Inter-School Cross Country Race Championship.

JAMSHEDPUR – Guru Gobind Singh High School’s Senior Girls team wins Inter-School Cross Country Race Championship at Telco Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium.

The victorious Senior Girls team showcased exceptional teamwork and determination to clinch the title.

Ten talented athletes, including Chandni Kumari and Aanchal Mishra, represented the school in the championship.

This marks the second consecutive year that Guru Gobind Singh High School has secured the Senior Girls trophy.

The school’s success extended to other categories as well.

Ganesha Mukhi emerged victorious in the Junior Boys category.

Mahi Das and Mahi Praveen triumphed in the Junior Girls category, further solidifying the school’s strong performance.

Coach Birendra Kumar Mishra played a crucial role in guiding the students to this remarkable achievement.

"Our students’ dedication and perseverance, especially after the challenges of the pandemic, are truly commendable," remarked Principal Pushpa Pandey.

The entire school community, including teachers, students, and management, celebrated this outstanding success.

General Secretary Santosh Singh expressed pride in the team’s accomplishment, stating, "This victory showcases our students’ resilience and commitment to excellence."

The championship, organized by Tata Motors, took place on July 31 at the Telco Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium.
