AJSU will celebrate its Foundation Day on June 22 as Balidan Diwas, honoring the sacrifices of those who fought for the state’s creation, with events and tree plantations planned across Jugsalai assembly.

JAMSHEDPUR – The AJSU Party has announced that its Foundation Day on June 22 will be celebrated as Balidan Diwas, honoring the sacrifices of those who fought for the state’s creation.

The decision was made during a meeting at the head office in Bodam block, chaired by Bodam Block Executive President Mritunjay Singh and conducted by Ramnath Mahato, with Aditya Mahato expressing gratitude.

Former Jharkhand government minister Ramchandra Sahis, the chief guest, thanked everyone for their support in the last election and urged the members to engage voters with local issues and the party’s ideology for the upcoming assembly elections.

Sahis stated, "The Central Committee has decided to celebrate AJSU Foundation Day on June 22 as Balidan Diwas."

He added that the day would be marked by celebrations across all blocks of Jugsalai assembly, with thousands of youth participating and tree plantations taking place in each block.

Sahis emphasized the significance of remembering those who fought for the indigenous people and the marginalized, criticizing the current government for neglecting their sacrifices.

The meeting saw the participation of Aditya Mahato, Mrityunjay Singh, Ramnath Mahato, Gundhar Kumbhakar, Chhutulal Singh, Kajal Gop, Nirmal Singh, Menaka Kisku, Parul Dey, Renuka Mahato, Rupa Singh, Sumitra Mahato, and all block in-charges.

The AJSU Party aims to honor the state’s history and promote environmental responsibility through these initiatives.
