Free Eye Checkup and Cataract Surgery Camp by UCIL and Red Cross

Bagbera Ram Manohar Lohia Nethralaya to Host Event from March 30 to April 1

Uranium Corporation of India (UCIL), in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, is set to organize a free eye checkup, cataract operation, and lens transplant camp at Bagbera Ram Manohar Lohia Nethralaya from March 30 to April 1 as part of its CSR program.

JAMSHEDPUR – Under the CSR initiative of Uranium Corporation of India (UCIL), in partnership with the Indian Red Cross Society, a free eye checkup, cataract operation, and lens transplant camp will be held at Bagbera Ram Manohar Lohia Nethralaya from March 30 to April 1, providing essential eye care services to patients selected from rural health camps.

Earlier, free cataract operation and lens implantation was done for 25 patients.

According to Red Cross Secretary Vijay Kumar Singh, free spectacles and medicines will also be given to the patients.

During this period, such cataract patients will undergo operation. Who were selected in the health camp in the rural area.
