DEO Ananya Mittal Gives Guidelines for Smooth Conduct of 2024 Lok Sabha Elections

District Election Officer Ananya Mittal chaired a review meeting with senior and nodal officers and personnel of the Personnel and Training Cell to discuss the successful conduct of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024.

JAMSHEDPUR – District Election Officer Ananya Mittal chaired a review meeting with senior and nodal officers and personnel of the Personnel and Training Cell at the Collectorate Auditorium in Jamshedpur to discuss the successful conduct of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024.

The meeting focused on applications for relieving personnel on medical grounds and ensuring smooth functioning of all cells. Employees were directed to contribute to their respective cells by 5 pm on March 18.

Training Calendar and Handbook Reading Emphasized

The District Election Officer instructed the training cell to prepare a timely training calendar for sector magistrates, presiding officers, and polling personnel. He also emphasized the importance of reading the handbook related to each cell for efficient election work.

Presence of Key Officials

Deputy Development Commissioner Manish Kumar, Director NEP, District Planning Officer, Additional Municipal Commissioner Mango Municipal Corporation, District Welfare Officer, Deputy Election Officer, Assistant Director Social Security, District Education Superintendent, District Education Officer, and other concerned officers were present at the meeting.
