Karim City College Teams Up with NHRC for Tribal Rights Awareness Program

A significant initiative in Jharkhand as Karim City College and the NHRC join forces to boost awareness about the human rights of minorities and tribals.

JAMSHEDPUR – The event wrapped up with Dr. Tanveer Jamal Kazmi expressing gratitude for the collective endeavor.

Dr. Rajendra Bharti, in the closing session, underscored the role of culture in uniting society, especially for tribals and minorities.

The day’s agenda included making minorities and tribals aware of their rights, as outlined by Dr. Anwar Shahab.

Discussions delved into the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, community upliftment, and constitutional rights for minorities and tribals.

Dr. Rajendra Bharti, in his opening speech, delved into the importance of human life’s cultural underpinnings.

The event kicked off with a traditional lamp lighting by notable attendees.

Dr. Mohammad Riaz welcomed participants, highlighting the constitutional safeguards for citizens’ rights.

Dr. Sonali Singh shared insights as the keynote speaker on the day.

Prof. Mohammad Ayub contributed as a key resource person.

Dr. Anwar Shahab spearheaded the event as its convenor.

The collaboration featured Karim City College, its Political Science Department, and the NHRC.
