MLA Ramdas Soren Acquitted in Code of Conduct Violation Case

MLA Ramdas Soren has been acquitted by the MP MLA Court Chaibasa in a 2019 case of code of conduct violation.

CHAIBASA – In a noteworthy decision on Wednesday, the MP MLA Court in Chaibasa acquitted MLA Ramdas Soren on charges of violation of the code of conduct. The case dates back to 2019 and is linked to the Kadma police station area.

Following the hearing, MP MLA Court Judge Rishi Kumar ruled in favour of acquitting Soren. The MLA was represented by senior advocate Ankur Kumar Chaudhary during the deliberation.

Apart from MLA Ramdas Soren, several Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leaders were present in the court during the pronouncement of the judgment.

These included Shyamal Ranjan Sarkar, Veer Singh Suren, Mangal Soren, and Kalipado Gorai.

MLA Ramdas Soren has been acquitted by the MP MLA Court Chaibasa in a 2019 case of code of conduct violation.
