JAC Accelerates Exam Process with Tech

Revolutionary tech integration by JAC slashes exam result compilation time from 45 to 10 days

Jharkhand Academic Council introduces high-tech system for faster exam results processing.

RANCHI – The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) is set to significantly expedite the examination evaluation process with the adoption of cutting-edge technology. This innovative approach is expected to reduce the time required to compile and transmit exam marks from 45 days to a mere 10 days for both Matriculation and Intermediate examinations.

By leveraging MR-based online technology, JAC streamlines the marking process, eliminating the need for teachers to manually input candidate and exam details.

This system allows for the automatic inclusion of candidate names, subject names, and roll numbers on an MR-based sheet, where teachers will only need to enter the obtained marks.

The marks are then digitally forwarded to the data center for swift mark-sheet generation.

In preparation for this technological overhaul, JAC conducted trial runs on Sunday, with plans for official implementation pending the success of five trial rounds.

Teachers involved in the evaluation process will receive online training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Scheduled to start collecting answer sheets from March 1, JAC is committed to setting new benchmarks in the timely release of exam results.

This initiative not only aims to streamline the evaluation process but also to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of result dissemination, demonstrating JAC’s commitment to leveraging technology for educational advancement.
