JAMSHEDPUR – A grand Kalash Yatra marked the beginning of a nine-day Lakshmi Narayan Yagya in Golmuri.

A large religious gathering was seen in Golmuri’s Cable Town area. Devotees gathered under guidance of Shri Mangal Baba.

Meanwhile, the ceremony started with a traditional Kalash Yatra. Thousands of women joined wearing traditional attire.

Moreover, women carried sacred pots on their heads. They walked with devotion and discipline.

The procession began from a local pond in Cable Town. It later reached the designated Yagya site.

However, priests performed rituals using Vedic chants. The ceremony followed strict religious customs.

Devotional songs echoed throughout the route. The atmosphere remained filled with spiritual energy.

Meanwhile, local residents welcomed participants at several points. Their efforts added to the event’s scale.

The event saw participation from community members in large numbers. Organisers ensured smooth arrangements.

Moreover, Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy attended the ceremony. He offered prayers at the Yagya site.

He prayed for peace and prosperity in the region. He also highlighted unity through such events.

On the other hand, organisers confirmed the Yagya will continue for nine days. Various rituals and discourses are planned.

Meanwhile, community feasts will also be organised during the period. A large turnout of devotees is expected.
