RANCHI – Bharat Coking Coal Limited CMD Manoj Agrawal conducted surprise inspection Wednesday. He visited RK Earth Resource’s Aina outsourcing mine. The facility operates in Kusunda area under company.

Agrawal examined coal production processes on ground. He reviewed quality control measures thoroughly. Moreover, dispatch arrangements underwent detailed scrutiny during visit.

The CMD expressed concern over current performance levels. Production remains below satisfactory marks across operations. However, dispatch figures also show inadequate progress simultaneously.

Situation turned serious when inspection team spotted irregularities. Highwa trucks carried coal toward crusher facility. However, large quantities of white stones appeared mixed. The adulteration angered Agrawal considerably at site.

He immediately proceeded to crusher location personally. The CMD investigated entire matter on spot. Director Technical accompanied him during detailed examination.

Agrawal issued stern directives to multiple authorities present. General Manager received instructions about quality maintenance. Management officers were told to ensure vigilance. Meanwhile, CISF personnel got orders for regular monitoring.

“Foreign materials must never mix with coal,” he stated firmly. White stones particularly require strict prevention measures. The CMD emphasized continuous supervision becomes essential always.

Coal purity cannot face any compromise whatsoever. Production targets remain important organizational goals undoubtedly. Nevertheless, dispatch quality holds supreme priority over everything.

Agrawal termed coal theft a social disease during address. “This problem has become extremely serious,” he said. Everyone must unite to eliminate it completely. BCCL management will act strictly against violations.

He announced strict action against illegal mining activities. Coal smuggling will face stringent crackdowns henceforth. The company remains committed to transparent operations entirely.

The CMD conducts monthly inspections across all areas. Next 105 days hold critical importance for turnaround. Production and dispatch require significant improvement during period.

He directed Operations Director to identify potential sources. Officials must seriously consider which mines offer expansion. Security arrangements underwent comprehensive review during rounds.

Lighting conditions received attention at multiple locations. Coal positioning and contractor machinery were assessed carefully. Water sprinkling and safety measures faced detailed evaluation.

Heavy rainfall affected several mines this year adversely. However, conditions will improve in coming days. Secure and transparent production benefits company immensely.

Quality output contributes to state development substantially. Moreover, national progress depends on such initiatives fundamentally. BCCL prioritizes these objectives above everything else.
