RANCHI – Jharkhand Mukti Morcha launched a strong opposition against the Centre’s One Nation, One Election proposal, calling it a direct assault on India’s federal structure.

JMM spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya highlighted constitutional concerns. He cited specific articles under threat.

"This scheme endangers our democratic foundation," remarked a political analyst.
