JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel debuts FiredUp, an innovative corporate podcast featuring industry leaders and visionaries sharing insights on transformation and leadership.

The podcast series kicked off with Jayanta Banerjee, Chief Information Officer of Tata Steel. He discussed digital transformation in the steel sector.

BITS Pilani alumnus Gaurav Mandlecha hosted the inaugural episode. He brings entrepreneurial expertise to the conversations.

Behind the Name

The title “FiredUp” draws inspiration from steelmaking processes. Moreover, it represents the guests’ determination and energy.

Expanding Horizons

Initially, the podcast will feature Tata Steel ecosystem leaders. However, it plans to include professionals from diverse fields soon.

“Podcasts have become a powerful medium for engaging conversations,” said Chanakya Chaudhary, VP Corporate Services. Moreover, he highlighted FiredUp’s potential to reach non-traditional media consumers.
