JAMSHEDPUR – Baharagora MLA Samir Mohanty expressed gratitude to voters through a celebratory rally and vowed to honor their trust.

Newly re-elected Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) MLA Samir Mohanty marked his victory with a gratitude rally starting at Netaji Shishu Udyan on Wednesday. The rally began with garlanding of national icons and featured music by Sambalpur bands. Attendees distributed sweets as a gesture of celebration. The procession concluded at Shamshan Chowk amid cheers from party workers and supporters.

Mohanty acknowledged public support during his address, stating, “This victory belongs to the people. Their blessings have made this possible.” He pledged to work diligently to fulfill their expectations and uphold their trust.

The rally witnessed participation from former MLA Kunal Sarangi, along with leaders such as Soraj Mahapatra, Tapan Ojha, and Nirmal Dubey. Grassroots leaders, including block president Asit Mishra and several JMM workers, also joined the celebrations, demonstrating the party’s unity.

The event created a festive atmosphere across the constituency, with supporters hailing it as a moment to thank the people. Leaders underscored the importance of the rally in reconnecting with the community after the election success.
