Murder Accused Anand Singh Gets Bail in Sidhgora Case

Third accused released in Manjit Singh murder, two others already out on HC bail

JAMSHEDPUR – The Additional District Judge court granted bail to Anand Singh, marking the release of all three accused in the Sidhgora murder case.

The incident occurred near a local market in January. Moreover, the victim was attacked while heading out with relatives.

"The assault took place in broad daylight," stated a local witness. Furthermore, the attackers allegedly brandished weapons during the confrontation.

The accused remained in custody for over eight months. However, defense lawyers KM Singh and Vansh Savlok secured Anand’s release.

Meanwhile, two other suspects had already obtained bail. In addition, the Jharkhand High Court approved their release earlier.

The case shocked the Sidhgora community. Besides, it raised concerns about local security measures.

The victim received immediate medical attention at TMH. Nevertheless, doctors could not save his life.

Local police conducted a thorough investigation. Moreover, they arrested all suspects within days of the incident.

The case highlighted the rising crime rate in the area. Furthermore, residents demanded increased police patrolling.
