JAMSHEDPUR – The Sanatan Utsav Committee, in a press conference at its Sakchi office, voiced deep concerns about demographic shifts and mounting challenges in Jharkhand, urging Hindu voters to rally behind the BJP in the upcoming state elections.

Committee founder Chintu Singh highlighted issues he views as serious threats to Hindu and tribal communities in the state.

He cited problems like alleged “love jihad,” “land jihad,” and “Bangladeshi infiltration,” which he described as tactics undermining local cultural identity.

Singh warned against divisions based on caste, language, and region, saying, “Whenever we’ve been divided, divisive forces have taken advantage.”

He asserted that Jharkhand’s demographics have changed due to religious conversions and accused the Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha of inaction on this sensitive issue.

Singh cautioned that such changes could endanger Jharkhand’s cultural and religious heritage if left unchecked.

To raise awareness, the committee will launch an extensive outreach campaign in Jamshedpur East and nearby areas.

This initiative will include distributing over 100,000 handbills to promote nationalist and Hindu-centric ideas.

Singh stressed the need for a government committed to protecting religion, culture, and local traditions.

He further criticized current policies, alleging that “appeasement and vote-bank politics” were preventing any action against conversions.

Other committee members, including Veer Singh, Lalit Rao, and Kuldeep Singh, joined the press conference, echoing these concerns.

The event closed with a message of unity, with leaders emphasizing that a nationalist government is vital to preserving Jharkhand’s identity.
