JAMSHEDPUR – East Singhbhum district intensifies election preparations as the Model Code of Conduct takes effect in Jharkhand.

Top officials conducted a thorough inspection of strong rooms and dispatch centers.

The District Election Officer, Deputy Commissioner, and SP led the inspection team.

Meanwhile, six assembly constituencies in East Singhbhum are slated for polling on November 13.

Authorities are meticulously examining EVM dispatch centers and strong rooms.

Two key locations have been designated for these crucial election facilities.

LBSM College and Cooperative College in Jamshedpur will host the centers.

These sites will be completely sealed to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.

Police surveillance will be maintained at both locations throughout the election period.

Polling parties will depart from these centers under strict security measures.

Moreover, EVMs will be returned and sealed at these locations after voting concludes.

The inspection aims to guarantee foolproof security for the voting machines.

"We’re ensuring all measures are in place for free and fair elections," a senior official stated.

In addition, the administration is finalizing logistics for smooth poll operations.

The thorough preparations underscore the importance of the upcoming assembly elections.
