Union and management reach agreement on annual bonus payout

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel Foundation and its employees’ union have reached an agreement on a 20% bonus payout for the current year.

The bonus agreement was finalized during a meeting between Tata Steel Foundation and the Tata Steel Foundation Employees Union on Saturday.

Under the terms of the agreement, employees will receive an average bonus of Rs. 43,051 per person.

Moreover, the total bonus amount to be distributed is Rs. 28,51,835.

This sum will be shared among 70 employees of the foundation.

On the other hand, the management team at the negotiation included Sourav Roy, CEO of Tata Steel Foundation, and other senior officials.

Meanwhile, the union was represented by its president Rakeshwar Pandey and other key members.

In addition, union advisor Bijay Khan expressed gratitude to all participants from both management and union sides.

The successful conclusion of bonus talks highlights the collaborative spirit between the foundation and its workforce.

However, the agreement demonstrates the organization’s commitment to employee welfare and recognition of their contributions.

Furthermore, this bonus payout is expected to boost employee morale and productivity.
