GIRIDIH – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a ‘Parivartan Yatra’ (Journey for Change) in Giridih, intensifying its criticism of Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s government in Jharkhand.

Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary arrived in Giridih on Saturday to lead the campaign.

Union Minister Annpurna Devi also joined the yatra, bolstering the BJP’s attack on the state government.

Chaudhary addressed a public meeting at Anta Bungalow on Station Road, lambasting the Soren administration.

The Deputy CM claimed that a wave of change has already begun in Jharkhand.

He asserted that no force could stop the BJP from removing the Hemant Soren government from power.

Moreover, Chaudhary praised Prime Minister Modi for demonstrating effective national leadership.

The event saw participation from several BJP leaders, including former MLA Nirbhay Shahabadi.

During a press interaction, Chaudhary predicted the Soren government’s imminent fall from power.

He emphasized that the public would vote out the current administration in the upcoming elections.

Addressing a question about Dalit house burnings in Nawada, Chaudhary assured ongoing action against culprits.

The ‘Parivartan Yatra’ commenced from Anta Bungalow, touring through various parts of Giridih.

Notable attendees included former MP Ravindra Rai, BJP leader Dilip Verma, and district president Mahadev Dubey.

The procession visited Giridih College, Bengabad, Chhotki Khargadiha, and Dhanwar.

Locals welcomed the yatra with flower showers at various points along the route.

Throughout the journey, participants raised slogans against the Hemant Soren government.

The campaign reflects the BJP’s strategy to mobilize public opinion against the current state administration.

This yatra marks an escalation in political tensions as Jharkhand approaches its next electoral cycle.

The BJP’s concerted effort involves both state and national leaders in criticizing the Soren government.

As the ‘Parivartan Yatra’ continues, it is likely to shape the political narrative in Jharkhand in the coming months.
