Central leaders boost party morale, cite Lok Sabha success as springboard for state elections.

RANCHI – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has officially kicked off its campaign for the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections with the arrival of central leaders in Ranchi.

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma held meetings with state party workers and leaders.

Chouhan lambasted the current Jharkhand government, calling it "the most corrupt and worst in India."

He accused the state government of failing to fulfill promises on employment and unemployment benefits.

The BJP leader vowed to replace "misgovernance" with "good governance" in Jharkhand.

Chouhan praised the state BJP unit for its performance in the recent Lok Sabha elections, winning 8 seats.

He highlighted that BJP led in about 52 assembly segments during the parliamentary polls.

The central leaders commended former CM Babulal Marandi’s leadership of the state BJP unit.

Chouhan expressed confidence in forming the next government in Jharkhand, citing worker enthusiasm.

The BJP plans to felicitate booth-level workers who contributed to Lok Sabha victories.

This high-profile visit marks an aggressive start to BJP’s assembly election campaign in Jharkhand.

The party aims to capitalize on its recent national success to regain power in the state.
