​​Chief Minister Champai Soren Announces Free Water And Electricity For Farmers In His Home District

Champai Soren has announced several important schemes for farmers in his home district Saraikela-Kharsawan. He has promised to provide free electricity up to 200 units and water throughout the year for farming in Rajnagar block.

Jamshedpur – Chief Minister Champai Soren on Sunday announced several beneficial measures for the farmers of his parliamentary constituency at a programme in Matkambeda village of Seraikela-Kharsawan district.

He said that his government will ensure that farmers have access to water throughout the year and they can grow three crops in a year. Several projects are underway for this purpose.

The Chief Minister also said that the government is already providing free electricity up to 150 units and soon it will be increased to 200 units. He claimed that his government will make Jharkhand one of the leading states in the country in terms of infrastructure.

Along with this, Shri Soren also announced to provide free medicines 24 hours a day in every panchayat and to help students from all underprivileged sections through Guruji Credit Card Yojana. He also reiterated the government’s resolve to strengthen the education system.

At the programme, the Chief Minister distributed assets worth about Rs 54 crore and also laid the foundation stone and inaugurated 182 projects.
