Scorching Heat in Galudih Causes Health Crisis, Hospitals See Spike in Patients

Residents of Galudih suffer severe heat-related illnesses as temperatures soar, hospitals report rising admissions

The intense heat and bright sunshine in Galudih have caused a significant health crisis, with hospitals seeing a sharp increase in heat-related illnesses.

JAMSHEDPUR – The intense heat and bright sunshine in the Galudih police station area have left residents in a dire condition, posing a significant threat to their health.

The extreme heat has led to a sharp increase in hospital visits, with many patients suffering from heat-related illnesses.

Niramay Healthcare in Galudih has seen a continuous influx of patients affected by the heat wave, including those with fever and stomach aches.

On Thursday, six patients were admitted to Niramay Healthcare due to the heat.

Doctor Swapan Mahato reported that approximately 35 to 40 people have been admitted over the past month due to heat wave conditions.

The continuous rise in day temperatures and humidity has led to more people falling ill, with serious cases requiring hospital admission and treatment.

On Thursday, the maximum temperature reached 43 degrees Celsius, exacerbating the situation and causing heat waves that have severely affected the population.

The high temperatures have resulted in a rapid increase in the number of people experiencing heat-related illnesses.

Dr. Mahato has advised residents to avoid going out unnecessarily between 11 AM and 3 PM and to consume plenty of liquids, such as water, to stay hydrated.

"We urge everyone to take necessary precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses and stay hydrated," said Dr. Swapan Mahato.
