Union Minister Seeks Reelection from Khunti

RANCHI – BJP’s Arjun Munda, aiming for a second term from Khunti Lok Sabha seat, to file nomination on April 23, with a roadshow and public meeting to follow.

Speculation suggests BJP state president Babulal Marandi and other notable leaders may join Munda during his nomination, though official confirmations are pending.

A substantial turnout from BJP workers and leaders across all assembly segments under the Khunti parliamentary seat is anticipated for the nomination day.

Reports indicate that supporters from Seraikela Kharsawan will also join the crowd to back Munda’s nomination.

After filing his nomination on April 23, Munda is set to conduct a roadshow, leading up to a public meeting to address supporters.

Munda’s nomination marks his second bid for the Khunti seat, facing opposition from Congress’s Kalicharan Munda from the INDIA bloc.

The contest between Arjun Munda and Kalicharan Munda renews, with the former BJP candidate having secured a narrow victory in the previous election.

Arjun Munda, incumbent Union minister and BJP candidate, will officially file for reelection in the Khunti Lok Sabha constituency on April 23.
