JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant development, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari from RVS College of Engineering and Technology, India, and Professor Abu Bakar bin Abdul Hamid from Infrastructure University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, have come together to work on quantum computing.
