XLRI Excels in ITC Interrobang Challenge

Jamshedpur’s XLRI team achieves national runner-up status in ITC’s prestigious Interrobang Season 13.

XLRI Jamshedpur students hailed for their innovative solutions in ITC’s national business contest.

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI Jamshedpur’s Niharika Agarwal, Romil Shah, Shashank Jain, and Akash Gupta have been celebrated as the National Runners-up in the 13th Season of ITC’s Interrobang, a highly regarded campus engagement initiative.

The competition culminated in a grand finale at ITC Sonar, Kolkata, where top teams from 18 premier management institutes across India showcased their solutions to live business challenges in Marketing, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management.

Over a four-month period, ITC’s Interrobang Season 13 engaged more than 1000 student teams from institutions including IIM Mumbai, MDI Gurgaon, MICA Ahmedabad, NMIMS Mumbai, TISS Mumbai, and XLRI Jamshedpur. These teams were mentored by ITC managers, aligning their innovative solutions closely with real-world business contexts.

The event’s unique format, combining the Interrobang Case Challenge, InterroJam Campus Sessions, and the Grand Finale, facilitated a rich exchange of ideas and learning. The XLRI team, participating in the Human Resources stream, secured the runner-up position, demonstrating their strategic acumen and creativity.

Amitav Mukherji, Head-Corporate Human Resources at ITC Limited, lauded the initiative for its role in fostering knowledge exchange and stimulating strategic thinking among the nation’s future business leaders. Interrobang has become a platform for students to engage with ITC’s leadership, gaining insights into the company’s business practices and success stories.

The success of XLRI’s team at the Interrobang Season 13 underscores the institute’s commitment to providing a practical and impactful business education, preparing students to meet the challenges of the modern business landscape.
