BJP Rallies Against Jharkhand Government’s Policies and Inaction

Jharkhand BJP criticizes Hemant Soren’s governance, alleging incompetence and corruption. Protests erupt in multiple districts, highlighting issues like unemployment and poor tribal welfare.

JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand BJP has intensified its opposition to the ruling coalition led by Hemant Soren, staging protests in and outside the Assembly.

The party has openly criticized the policies of the Jharkhand government, branding it incompetent.

Protest demonstrations were organized in Ranchi Metropolitan, Palamu, Garhwa, and Hazaribagh districts, calling for the dismissal of the Hemant government.

Dhanbad district BJP members protested against the expulsion of three BJP MLAs from the Jharkhand Assembly and the alleged mimicry of the Vice President.

The protest rally, led by Metropolitan and Rural District Presidents Chandrashekhar Singh and Gyan Ranjan Sinha, started from Zilla Parishad Ground to Randhir Verma Chowk.

At Randhir Verma Chowk, a vigorous demonstration unfolded, with slogans demanding Hemant Sarkar’s resignation.

The rally highlighted the expulsion of BJP MLAs who raised unemployment issues in the House, alleging marshal misbehavior.

In East Singhbhum, under Saurabh Chakraborty’s leadership, a protest highlighted the state’s constitutional crisis, rampant corruption, and failing law and order.

Babulal Marandi accused Assembly Speaker Rabindranath Mahato of biased conduct and silencing opposition voices in the Assembly.

Marandi contrasted the BJP’s tenure with the current government, citing neglected high school teacher appointments and health department understaffing.

He criticized the Hemant government’s alleged inaction in implementing the Jharkhand High Court’s appointment policy.

Marandi also highlighted the plight of the Birhor tribe, underscoring the government’s failure in providing basic amenities like ration cards.

He commended the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana for aiding tribal societies.
