JAMSHEDPUR – Premier management institute, XLRI, has announced the commencement of registrations for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2024 from July 15.
Organised on behalf of XAMI (Xavier Association of Management Institutes), XAT is a crucial entrance exam that enables aspirants to pursue promising careers in the management field.

As per the schedule, the XAT 2024 examination will be conducted on January 7, 2024, while the last date to register is November 30, 2023. Admit cards will be available for download from December 20.
XAT has earned a distinct position among Indian management entrance exams, drawing thousands of aspirants annually.
The exam evaluates candidates on aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, general knowledge, and decision-making skills. Clearing the XAT offers admission to prestigious management programs in XLRI and other participating institutes.

The Xavier Aptitude Test, which is conducted annually across more than 90 cities nationwide, is instrumental for MBA/PGDM admissions, with over 160 elite B-schools across India recognizing XAT scores for their admission process.
To be eligible for the XAT, candidates should have a three-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Students expecting to complete their final examinations by June 10, 2024, are also eligible to apply.

The number of questions in the XAT typically fluctuates within a range of 100-105, offering a comprehensive assessment of your aptitude. Each section will typically contain between 22 to 30 questions. The total number of questions will not exceed 100, including those focused on General Knowledge.
Please NOTE the General Knowledge and Essay sections will not influence the cutoff score. Their evaluation will come into play only during the interview stage. So, while they are essential for the overall process, they will not affect your initial test results.
