Farmers Educated on Kharif Crops and Kisan Credit Card in Workshop

At the Sidhgora Town Hall, an informative workshop aimed at kharif crop training and Kisan Credit Card awareness was organized under the district administration’s directive.

JAMSHEDPUR – Farmers in the state of Jharkhand primarily rely on ravi and kharif crops, with the kharif season having just begun. Most of these farmers engage in rain-fed agriculture.

To provide guidance to these farmers to ensure a high yield in the kharif season, the district administration has organized a kharif workshop cum Kisan Credit Card awareness program at the Sidhgora Town Hall.

The workshop was set up under the directive of the Deputy Commissioner, who instructed employees of the concerned department to conduct such informative sessions in their respective areas.

The aim was not only to train the farmers for better crop management during the kharif season but also to make them aware of the benefits and procedures associated with the Kisan Credit Card.
