Preparation for Eid-ul-Juha Bakrid Discussed in Mango Jamshedpur Peace Committee Meeting

Mango Peace Committee members and local Imams gather to plan for the upcoming Eid-ul-Juha Bakrid, emphasizing cleanliness, unity, and lawful animal sacrifices.

Jamshedpur – On Thursday, a conference was held at the Mahal Inn auditorium within the Azad Nagar Police Station vicinity.

The gathering comprised the Azad Nagar Police Station Peace Committee members and local mosque Imams.

The meeting’s objective was to strategize for the forthcoming Eid-ul-Juha Bakrid festival.

Prominent participants included the in-charge of Azad Nagar police station, Rakesh Kumar, DSP Sumit of the Patamda circle, the Executive Officer of Mango Municipal Corporation, Chandan Kumar, and various Imams.

Mango Municipal Corporation’s brand ambassador and the Peace Committee secretary, Mukhtar Alam Khan, steered the discussions.

The emphasis of the meeting was on preserving peace during the festival.

Imam Anisur Rahman from the MO Academy Madinatul Oloom Masjid asserted that only animals deemed lawful by Indian legislation should be sacrificed.

Chandan Kumar advised that the remains of sacrificial animals be disposed of in areas allocated by the Municipal Corporation, to maintain cleanliness.

DSP Sumit Kumar underscored the significance of observing the festival in unity and brotherhood.

He envisaged this year’s Eid-ul-Juha Bakrid being celebrated with maximum cleanliness and harmony.

In anticipation of a secure and orderly environment during the festivities, special forces will be positioned throughout the area.

Numerous individuals, including Sheikh Badruddin, Sardar Jaswant Singh, Moinuddin Ansari, and others, attended the program.
