Corona total death toll 10 in Seraikela-Kharsawan district, 246 active cases

Seraikela: Coronavirus has taken one more life in Seraikela-Kharsawan district on Tuesday. With this, the death toll for the district has now gone up to 10, while the number of active infection cases too has gone up to 246.

According to official data on Wednesday, the district has tested a total of 1,12,403 samples. Out of these, 1,05,690 samples have tested negative. However, 3,340 samples have tested positive.

Out of these 3,340 samples, 3,085 patients have already been cured and discharged from hospital and home quarantine. 10 persons have succumbed to the coronavirus infection.

For now the total number of active coronavirus infection cases in the district is 245. The test results of 3,511 samples are still awaited. On Wednesday, a total of 2,664 samples were collected.

The district has 8 quarantine centres. However, no one has been housed in any of such quarantine centre yet.
