Corona kills 7 in Jharkhand on Friday, State death tally now 76, new cases 307

Ranchi: Corona killed 7 more persons in Jharkhand on Friday, 24th July, 2020, taking the total death toll due to this viral disease in the state to 76.

Of the 7 deaths reported, 2 are from East Singhbhum, 1 from Garhwa, 1 from Hazaribagh and 3 from Ranchi.

On Friday, 307 more people tested positive for Covid-19 in the state taking the total infections to 7564. However, 100 persons were also cured and discharged from hospitals.

The total number of infections in the state have now reached 7564 with today’s 307 new cases. However, the number of active cases is only 4134 as 3354 persons have already been cured and discharged from hospitals in different districts of the state.
