JAMSHEDPUR – A financial awareness program, in collaboration with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), was held at RVS College of Engineering and Technology today.
The event featured Ranjan Prasad Singh, Regional Director of RBI, Jharkhand, as the chief guest, and Alfred Girish Tirki, Assistant General Manager, as the special guest. The program emphasized financial literacy and career opportunities in banking.

The session began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a welcome speech by Prof. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, the college principal. Ranjan Prasad Singh discussed the RBI’s pivotal role since its inception in 1935, stressing financial management’s importance in modern life.
