RANCHI — The body of a man was recovered from under a bridge located behind the Jagannathpur Temple in Ranchi on Sunday morning, with police reaching the spot promptly and dispatching the body for post-mortem examination.

The deceased has been identified as Manoranjan Singh, a resident of the area near Mahavir Mandir at Dhurwa Pani Tanki. On receiving information about the body, the Dhurwa police station team rushed to the location and took possession of the remains.

Meanwhile, the body has been sent for post-mortem to determine the cause of death. The circumstances under which Singh died remain unclear, and police are investigating the matter.

On the other hand, no further details about the identity of any suspects or the sequence of events leading to Singh’s death have been made available so far.
