Hospital Opens Applications for Non-academic Posts Until December 18

JAMSHEDPUR – MGM Medical College Hospital initiates recruitment drive for 54 junior resident doctors to address critical staff shortages.

The hospital aims to strengthen healthcare delivery. Moreover, MBBS graduates will receive priority consideration.

“This recruitment will significantly improve patient care,” says a healthcare expert.

Recruitment Details

The posts have category-wise distribution. Meanwhile, the tenure spans one year initially.

The selection process begins with applications. Furthermore, counselling follows on December 20.

Category Distribution

General category gets 17 positions. In addition, ST quota includes 16 slots.

EWS receives 7 positions. Besides, SC and BC-2 get 3 and 5 slots respectively.

Healthcare Impact

The initiative addresses doctor shortages. However, implementation depends on timely recruitment.

The program strengthens clinical departments. On the other hand, patient care quality will improve.
