38 Constituencies with 528 Candidates to Vote as Campaign Ends Monday Evening

RANCHI – The crucial second phase of Jharkhand assembly elections enters final campaign day with 38 constituencies preparing for November 20 polls.

The electoral battle features 472 male and 55 female candidates.

Moreover, prominent leaders including CM Hemant Soren and Babulal Marandi face crucial tests.

Meanwhile, Bokaro emerges as the constituency with highest voter count of 5,84,275.

Furthermore, Dhanwar constituency witnesses the most intense competition with 28 candidates.

However, Deoghar shows the least competition with only seven contestants.

In addition, 27 seats are under general category while 11 are reserved.

On the other hand, Mandu spans the largest area covering 1,327.37 square kilometers.

Besides, strict election protocols will be implemented after campaign closure.

Meanwhile, Chief Election Officer K Ravi Kumar has issued specific guidelines for polling stations.

Furthermore, vote counting is scheduled for November 23.
