JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel UISL’s comprehensive dengue prevention campaign has resulted in an impressive 85% reduction in cases across the city.

The team conducted extensive house-to-house inspections between April and October 15.

Moreover, they identified over 25,000 homes with Aedes mosquito presence.

Furthermore, the campaign featured 68 live mosquito demonstration sessions in schools.

Meanwhile, 48 drum beating rallies raised community awareness about dengue prevention.

Additionally, 59 Palti Maar movements encouraged active community participation.

In contrast, 92 street plays delivered the message through creative performances.

Moreover, the Zimmedar App served as a digital platform for sharing prevention information.

Furthermore, targeted fogging operations focused on high-risk areas with elevated mosquito indices.

Meanwhile, special BigTifa fogging was implemented in zones exceeding 10 Index.

However, the campaign’s success stemmed from its multi-faceted approach to public health.
