JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur FC’s Serbian defender Lazar Cirkovic visited a local animal rescue shelter, highlighting the club’s commitment to community engagement and animal welfare.

Lazar Cirkovic, a dog lover himself, spent time with rescued animals at the Stray Army Animal Rescue Shelter.

Moreover, the footballer interacted with several special needs dogs, including those who are blind or have lost limbs.

In addition to the canines, Cirkovic also fed cattle at the facility.

The visit was part of Jamshedpur FC’s broader community development initiative.

Meanwhile, Stray Army founders Shilpa and Piyush continue their efforts to rescue and rehabilitate strays in the region.

Cirkovic expressed his admiration for the shelter’s work, emphasizing the importance of compassion.

On the other hand, the defender now shifts his focus to the upcoming match against Odisha FC.

The game is scheduled for September 28 at Kalinga Stadium.
